Selections

Picking the colors, fixtures, and appliances for your new home can be the most stressful part of building a home. Getting the flooring to match the walls to match the cabinets to match the appliances seems like an impossible task. We believe that it is a fun process that makes the final details of your home truly - yours.

One part of the contract is the selections page. This explains each company that you need to visit, their location, phone number, completion timeline, and allowance. We would not recommend doing the whole list at one time. Some items only need a few minutes (picking brick color) while others need more time (picking all the light fixtures in your home).

Most of our trade contractors showrooms work by appointment only and they would be glad to help you with the selections and complimenting the other selections you need to make.
