Delivery Date
Paradime's scheduling at the time of contract takes into consideration all aspects that can affect construction. From weather delays to availability of subcontractors, Paradime tracks all of these factors and builds them into the schedule. The overall schedule depends on the size of home and ranges from 3 months up to 8 months.
Design
Paradime is unique to the building industry in that it offers free design service to its clients. Every home buyer can come to Paradime with an idea or even a plan they like and Paradime will build it for them. Most builders will only build from their own plans with minor modifications.
